Innovita Syneregen tablets contain nicotinic acid and nicotinamide which can be metabolised into nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+). NAD+ is essential to cell metabolism and energy generation. It is also critical to activate enzymes for DNA repair and cell regeneration. Combining with other potent antioxidants, Syneregen tablets synergistically combat the aging process.

Why use
NAD+ precursor: as we age, the NAD+ level in the cells gradually decreases and this may lead to various metabolic disorders. Supplementation of NAD+ precursors have been proved to alleviate symptoms of aging in animal studies.
Cell regeneration: resveratrol and L-leucine have been shown to synergistically enhance the activity of SIRT1, which is the key enzyme in cell growth, metabolism and survival.
DNA repair: in addition to activate the SIRTs, NAD+ is also the fuel of DNA-repairing enzyme PARP1. The cellular level of NAD+ directly affects the activity of PARP1. With sufficient NAD+ in the cells the PARP1 enzyme could repair DNA effectively.
